Abstract Summary
The objective of this grant is to catalyze the OurNotes movement in mental health settings by engaging relevant stakeholders in planning activities to do so, and communicating the outputs of these activities. OurNotes is the concept of patients being able to contribute to their health record in an electronic manner and convey their goals related to healthcare interactions. The aims are: 1) Conduct a brief/preliminary environmental scan of the grey literature to get a sense of what is known about OurNotes for mental health care; 2) Consult patients, caregivers, and clinicians on future implementation and research priorities. This along with Aim 1 will be used to create an implementation and research plan; 3) Disseminate findings from Aim 1 and 2 to relevant digital and mental health stakeholders. These aims will be met through a rapid grey literature/environmental scan (Aim #1), stakeholder consultations (Aim #2), and dissemination of outputs through webinars and a report (Aim #3).
