Abstract Summary
Aggressive B-cell lymphoma is a cancer of the immune system that affects 4000 Canadians annually. Despite available treatments, one-third of afflicted patients die of their disease. This project will use detailed genetic analysis of lymphoma samples to help better predict which patients will not respond to current treatments so that their treatment can be improved and discover new treatments that target the genetic defects in these cancers.
